"ਇਸ ਦੇਹੀ ਕਉ ਸਿਮਰਹਿ ਦੇਵ ॥
ਸੋ ਦੇਹੀ ਭਜੁ ਹਰਿ ਕੀ ਸੇਵ ॥੧॥ "

Meaning

Even the gods long for this human body.
So vibrate that human body, and think of serving the Lord. ||1||
